 <description>&lt;p&gt;speaking of diversity it strikes me as peculiar that there are such a few women participating in this forum (even if all the participants signed with &quot;neutral&quot; nicknames  such as &quot;trimtab&quot; or &quot;backyfan&quot; were women it would still be quite a small percent).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;why is this so?&lt;/p&gt;
