speaking of diversity it strikes me as peculiar that there are such a few women participating in this forum (even if all the participants signed with "neutral" nicknames such as "trimtab" or "backyfan" were women it would still be quite a small percent).

why is this so?

I agree Dick - sort of - Women do tend to communicate better in formats other than the "semantic circle-jerk" as I like to call these types of discussions - they are generally too busy out actually doing something!

Umm...because the women are smarter? Seriously. I think it is true. But I'm not saying we are wasting out time here. It's just that only a dreamer thinks they might have an global impact. I'm guilty.
